1. Relations with authors

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines:

- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.

- Authors should ensure that they have written original articles and duly cited other authors. Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publication behavior and is unacceptable.

- All authors should disclose in their article any conflict of interest.

- All sources of research funding should be published.

- The file submitted with the article can not include the authors name.


2. Relations with reviewers

The evaluation of submitted articles is done blindly by two evaluators, in a proper form that evaluates the formal, ethical and content aspects.

The Editorial Committee makes the final selection of the publication.

First, an initial assessment is made in line with the central themes of the IJMCNM. Then, the peer evaluation is followed when the article is selected. After review and opinions of the evaluators, the editorial board decides whether or not to proceed.

When you accept the article, the reviewers' comments will be forwarded to the authors for corrections.

When the final version of the article is received, it is validated if the document meets all the guidelines.

If necessary, the latest corrections are requested.

When the process is completed, the authors are notified via e-mail of the acceptance of the article for publication in the IJMCNM.

It creates and edits proofreading that is sent to authors before publication.

The last step of the process is the publication.

A selected reviewer who feels disqualified to review an article or has no availability should notify the editor and request that it be removed from the review process.

Any article received for review should be treated as confidential.

Privileged data or ideas obtained through peer reviews should be kept confidential and should not be used for their own benefit.

Reviewers should not accept to review articles with which they have conflicts of interest as a result of their collaboration or relationship with authors, companies or institutions that have a direct link to the research.
