Continuidade do Negócio e Reatividade: Readaptação dos Negócios Pós-Pandemia

Abstract


Períodos de crise e turbulência, independentemente da sua natureza, despertam enormes transformações na sociedade, e em particular à maneira em como as empresas operam e exercem a sua atividade. Este artigo visa contextualizar a importância de estratégias de Business Continuity em pequenas e médias empresas e explorar de que forma tiveram que se adaptar face à situação pandémica de Covid-19 e da enorme transformação digital associada. O propósito desta abordagem é perceber de que maneira as empresas precisaram de redescobrir o seu modelo de negócio face às diversas limitações pandémicas e tecnológicas, compreender as dificuldades encontradas e ao mesmo tempo, implementar uma visão geral derivada de práticas inovadoras e assertivas. Criar nas empresas uma cultura de resiliência, que compreenda as suas vulnerabilidades, de forma prioritária, desenvolvendo capacidades especificas para compensar e transformar processos e modelos de negócios de forma a tirar partido da economia digital, em particular nas pequenas e médias empresas. Estas empresas precisam integrar conhecimento sobre o potencial disruptivo das tecnologias e como transformar modelos de negócios para aproveitar esse potencial, incorporando boas práticas na utilização de modelos híbridos de trabalho, criação de DT – Digital Twins e Transformação Digital.
